Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and creative marketing professional to fill the role of Digital Content & Social Media Specialist. This position will focus on creating and executing a digital content strategy across all mediums (social, website, email, etc.) to increase brand visibility and support lead generation efforts. The person in this position is also specifically charged with the ongoing management and growth of Somfy’s multi-brand social media presence and engagement, in alignment with business strategies and direction. Create, own, and execute overall content strategy. Manage content calendar. Create/manage/post all content and visual assets, including, but not limited to social posts, blog posts, email blasts, press releases, and articles. Manage and grow business presence and engagement across social media channels, including, but not limited to Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Social community management: Monitor all social profiles & other relevant sites. Answer user questions (or direct users to appropriate Somfy personnel) and actively participate in discussions across communities, social networks & blogs. Social Media Influencer Campaigns: Solicit, manage, coordinate all aspects of influencer campaigns. Work with influencers, sales team, digital agency, and dealers to complete influencer campaigns. Email marketing: write content for and create all email blasts, including scheduled newsletters, automated workflows, and one-off blasts. Coordinate design of needed creative. Perform A/B testing to optimize engagement and conversions. Website content: write or edit all website/blog content (including B2C and B2B sites as well as Amazon listings). Provide and execute new ideas for content and content presentation (infographics, whitepapers, interactive tools, etc.). Write/create any other content as necessary (award submissions, partnership announcements, etc.). Ensure consistency of messaging across all channels. Provide reporting, analysis, and recommendations to digital/end user team (as well as other internal teams) on a regular basis. Manage/work with external digital marketing and/or PR agencies as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing. Extensive writing experience across varied platforms (email marketing, social media, website content, blogs, etc.) for both B2C and B2B audiences. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field. Ability to write and review content with a critical eye for alignment with company strategy as well as brand voice & tone. Extensive experience creating and tailoring content for audiences across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok. Ability to develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with company, team, and individual goals and KPIs. Knowledge and experience with both paid and organic media. Experience developing, maintaining, and owning a content calendar that organizes all social posts, email and newsletter sends, and ongoing campaigns. Strong project management skills. Ability to plan and execute awareness, demand generation, and nurture campaigns Ability to create and edit both long and short-format video content. Experience using social media management and analytics tools such as HootSuite, Sprout Social, or FaceLift to organize posts, report on content performance, and suggest improvements. Experience conducting AB tests, interpreting results, and suggesting improvements. Experience with e-reputation management, social community management, and social listening tools like Meltwater or TalkWalker. Must be comfortable responding to social commentary and escalating when necessary. Experience using Google Analytics to inform content and website strategy, interpret website traffic and user activity, and track campaign performance. Basic graphic design skills or “an eye for design.” Canva experience is a plus. Salesforce or Marketing Cloud experience is a plus. Ability to think strategically, ask the right questions, and move projects forward. Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working independently or collaboratively with cross-functional teams. SEO knowledge and experience. Experience managing vendors and agencies such as PR firms and outside consultants. Additional Information Typical hours are 8 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday. Job Description We are seeking a Histology Technician to join our GLP-compliant laboratory, specializing in the preparation and processing of tissue samples for research and regulatory studies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tissue trimming, embedding, sectioning, staining, and slide preparation to support toxicology, pharmacology, and biocompatibility testing. This role requires precision, technical expertise, and adherence to laboratory protocols to ensure high-quality data generation for regulatory submissions and scientific research. Key Responsibilities: Tissue Processing & Histology Techniques Perform gross trimming, embedding, microtomy (paraffin and/or plastic sectioning), and staining of tissue samples. Utilize routine and special histological stains (H&E, PAS, Masson’s Trichrome, etc.) based on study requirements. Operate and maintain histology laboratory equipment, including microtomes, tissue processors, embedding centers, and slide stainers. Compliance & Documentation (GLP Standards) Maintain accurate and detailed records of all histology procedures in compliance with GLP and SOPs. Ensure proper labeling, tracking, and storage of tissue specimens and slides. Assist in quality control and verification of slide preparation to ensure high histological standards. Collaboration & Laboratory Support Work closely with pathologists, study directors, and scientist to ensure proper tissue processing and data integrity. Support laboratory maintenance, inventory management, and equipment calibration. Health, Safety & Regulatory Compliance Follow biosafety procedures and PPE requirements for handling biological specimens. Adhere to GLP, OSHA, and other laboratory safety guidelines. Participate in internal and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance. Qualifications Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Histotechnology, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
